For purchases made in our online store from December 3, 2024 to January 5, 2025, the deadline for exchanges and returns is extended: the maximum date to make any management is January 21, 2025.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN:
- EXCHANGE OF AN ORDER: Communicate via email to pedidos@corbetosboots.com the procedure you wish to carry out, providing the order number. Indicate model and size you will need to confirm availability.
- RETURNING AN ORDER: send the order by post or courier to the following address
CORBETO'S BOOTS, LA RAMBLA 40, 08002 BARCELONA.
Include a copy of the Delivery Note inside the box and write RETURN by hand. As soon as the package is received and we confirm that the products are in correct conditions, we will proceed with the refund for them using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
You can change or return any products bought at our online shop up to 14 natural days after receiving the merchandise.

It is also possible to make changes or returns of online orders at our phisical store at La Rambla 40 in Barcelona during store's opening hours.
The customer can use his/her withdrawal right to cancel the order and return it us: must notify it and send the merchandise back in maximum 14 natural days counting from the day customer receives the order and we will refund the amount for the returned articles (return shipping cost is at customer's charge) using the same payment method as the customer used in not more than 7 natural days after we receive back the merchandise.
In all cases the returned articles must be in perfect conditions, without any use more than the necessary to check they are in good contions and are the right size and keeping their original packaging and labeling. In the case that the original package is not in correct conditions the merchandise will suffer a depreciation that will be deducted from the amount to refund. Go and back shipping costs are at customer’s charge.
Once Corbeto's Boots receives the merchandise will check that everything is in perfect conditions and if it is so will proceed with the change or refund.
NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE CHANGED OR REFUNDED IF PRESENTS DAMAGES, HAS BEEN WORN MORE THAN THE NECESSARY TO CHECK IT IS IN GOOD CONDITIONS AND IT IS THE RIGHT SIZE. IN THE CASE THAT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE IS NOT IN CORRECT CONDITIONS THE MERCHANDISE WILL SUFFER A DEPRECIATION THAT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT TO REFUND.
No changes or refunds will be possible for those articles purchased as made by order or has been made in a special size by request.

Just in the case that the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake made by Corbeto's Boots with the merchandise shipped, the shipping costs will be at enterprise's count.
